Guest Registration - Problem Statement

Currently a small hotel where I am the Guest Relations Manager manually checks in guests into the hotel via a guest registration card. This is time consuming and we periodically lose cards with personal information of guests. Also employees hand writing
is ineligible to other employees. We need a system to record guest information.

We require a system for entering guest information. The employees would enter the
check in date, check out date, check in time, check out time, room number, number of
days stayed, name, address, phone number, number of persons in room, charges and payment
method.

We would like this information shared among 4 employees, the AM(morning) front desk
employee, PM(evening) front desk, night audit employee, the guest
manager and accounting.

An automated email is sent to each employee to submit guest charges.
